1. Accepted Payment Methods
At Gecko Pantry, we aim to provide flexible and secure payment options for our customers. For the majority of products sold on our website, including reptile supplies and related items, we accept the following payment methods:

- Klarna
- Clearpay
- Bank transfer
All card payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure customer safety and data protection.
2. Products Eligible for Klarna and Clearpay
Klarna and Clearpay payment options are available for most non-live products sold on our website. These typically include, but are not limited to:
- Gecko food and dietary supplements
- Feeding accessories and reptile care tools
- Habitat supplies such as hides, décor, and accessories
- Substrates and enclosure products
- Reptile care equipment and related accessories
- Other reptile-keeping supplies listed on the website
These payment services allow customers to split purchases into installments or pay later according to the terms provided by the payment provider. Customers choosing Klarna or Clearpay must agree to and comply with the respective provider’s terms and conditions.
Approval for Klarna or Clearpay financing is determined entirely by the payment provider, and Gecko Pantry has no influence over approval decisions.
3. Gecko Purchases
Live geckos are not eligible for payment through Klarna, Clearpay, or card payments.
Due to the nature of live animal sales and to ensure responsible purchasing and compliance with animal welfare standards, all gecko purchases must be paid via bank transfer only.
This requirement helps ensure secure transactions and confirms the identity of the buyer before the sale of a live animal is completed.
4. Payment Completion
All orders must be fully paid before they are processed, dispatched, or reserved. Orders placed using Klarna or Clearpay are considered paid once the payment provider confirms approval.
For bank transfers, orders will only be confirmed once the funds have cleared in our account.
5. Payment Security
Gecko Pantry is committed to protecting customer information and uses secure payment processing systems where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and authorised.
6. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or delay any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment use, or violations of our payment policies.
