Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Wholesale Account Agreement
By applying for and purchasing through our wholesale program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect our wholesale partners, and the quality of our products.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available only to legitimate businesses purchasing products for resale through approved retail channels. We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our sole discretion.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
Any applicable minimum order values, quantities, or reorder requirements will be communicated at the time of account approval and may be updated from time to time.
3. Pricing
Wholesale prices are confidential and are provided exclusively to approved wholesale customers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All orders will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Orders may not be processed until payment has been received unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges, delivery times, and risk of loss will be outlined at the time of purchase. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
6. Marketplace Restrictions
To protect the integrity of our brand and support our authorised retail partners, products purchased through our wholesale program must not be listed, advertised, or sold on any third-party online marketplace.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Etsy
- TikTok Shop
- Facebook Marketplace
- Any similar online marketplace or auction platform
Wholesale customers may sell our products only through their own physical retail premises, their own branded website, or other sales channels that have been expressly approved by us in writing.
Any unauthorised marketplace sales may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the wholesale account.
- Cancellation of outstanding orders.
- Refusal of future supply.
9. Returns
Returns will only be accepted where authorised in advance. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported within the specified period following delivery.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if continued supply is considered detrimental to our business or brand.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply to all future orders.
12. Acceptance
By placing an order with us or maintaining a wholesale account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
