Gecko food cannot be returned if opened.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty or defective.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Lost Packages

Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
Orders confirmed as lost in the postal system will be refunded after 20 working days.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs, including images of the item and the Royal Mail damage bag (if the parcel was split or opened). This allows us to submit a claim.
