Gecko Nutrition High Insects has been specially developed to meet the increased nutritional demands during the breeding phase. The name says it all: this complete diet is characterised by an elevated proportion of insects to cover the higher energy and nutrient requirements during breeding, to assist egg production, and to promote the overall health and growth of the animals.

The primary source of fat and protein is a carefully balanced insect mix of black soldier fly larvae, mealworms, and crickets. This protein-rich base is complemented with a tempting fruit combination of banana and date — the creamy sweetness of banana and the intense caramel-like note of date providing a natural, energy-rich sweetness that is particularly appealing to geckos. Enriched with essential vitamins and minerals for a comprehensive nutrient supply. Developed in Germany, specially formulated for crested geckos but also suitable for other fruit-eating gecko species.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts water by volume. The mixture may appear watery at first but will thicken after several minutes — aim for a ketchup-like consistency. Feed on 2–3 evenings per week. Remove uneaten food within 24 hours. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Freshly made food can be kept refrigerated for 3–4 days.
