We ship within the UK only. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1:30pm are usually shipped the same day.

A signature may be required on higher-value orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Gecko food cannot be returned once opened.
- All other items must be returned unused and in their original condition, unless faulty or defective.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Lost Packages
Please allow 14 working days before contacting us regarding a missing parcel. Orders confirmed as lost will be refunded after 20 working days.
Damaged Orders
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the item and any Royal Mail damage bag, so we can submit a claim on your behalf.
International Orders
We ship within the UK only. Orders placed from outside the UK will incur a £2.00 fee to cover refund processing costs.
