Who is the bulk option for?
The bulk single dish ledge is aimed at three types of buyer:
- Breeders — running multiple enclosures means you need a reliable supply of ledges. Buying in bulk keeps the cost per unit low and ensures you always have spares on hand when a suction cup wears out or a ledge needs replacing
- Reptile shops and rescues — stocking up on feeding ledges for customer sales or in-house enclosures at a trade-friendly price point
- Multi-gecko keepers — if you keep 5 or more geckos, buying individually quickly adds up. Bulk pricing makes it significantly more cost-effective to equip every enclosure properly
Can I choose my colour?
Yes — select your preferred colour (Brown, Green, Grey, or Black) when adding to your order. If you'd like a mix of colours across a bulk order, drop us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How long does dispatch take?
Bulk orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. If you need a specific delivery date, get in touch before ordering.

We only ship within the UK.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 1:30pm are usually shipped the same day.
Ledges, Hides & Stickers sometimes take 1-2 days to dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Gecko food cannot be returned if opened.
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty or defective.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Customers are responable to arrange returns back to us.
- Please use our Contact Us page to arrange a return.
Lost Packages
- Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
- Orders confirmed as lost in the postal system will be refunded after 20 working days.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs, including images of the item and the Royal Mail damage bag (if the parcel was split or opened). This allows us to submit a claim.
International Orders
We only ship within the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will incur a £2 fee to cover refund processing costs.
