Who is the bulk option for?
The bulk silicone bowl ledge is aimed at three types of buyer:
- Breeders — if you're raising multiple hatchling or juvenile geckos, you'll need a feeding ledge in every enclosure. Buying in bulk keeps cost per unit low and ensures you always have spares
- Reptile shops and rescues — stocking up for customer sales or in-house juvenile enclosures at a trade-friendly price point
- Multi-gecko keepers — if you keep 5 or more smaller geckos, bulk pricing makes it significantly more cost-effective to equip every enclosure properly
With or without bowls — which should I choose?
If you already have silicone bowls or plan to source your own, select the ledge-only option. If you're starting from scratch or want a ready-to-use setup straight out of the box, the with-bowls option includes 2 silicone bowls per ledge in assorted colours. Silicone bowls are flexible, easy to clean, and ideal for small geckos that struggle to access food from rigid pots.
How long does dispatch take?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 1:30pm are usually shipped the same day.
Ledges, Hides & Stickers sometimes take 1-2 days to dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Gecko food cannot be returned if opened.
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty or defective.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Customers are responable to arrange returns back to us.

Lost Packages
- Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
- Orders confirmed as lost in the postal system will be refunded after 20 working days.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs, including images of the item and the Royal Mail damage bag (if the parcel was split or opened). This allows us to submit a claim.
International Orders
We only ship within the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will incur a £2 fee to cover refund processing costs.
