Do I need UV laminate?
UV laminate adds a protective layer over the printed surface that blocks harmful UV rays, preventing colours from fading or yellowing over time. It's highly recommended for stickers that will be applied to surfaces exposed to sunlight or outdoor conditions — such as on the outside of vivariums near windows, on vehicles, or on outdoor equipment. For stickers used exclusively indoors away from direct light, standard vinyl without laminate is perfectly durable.
What file format should I send?
For the best print quality, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred. High-resolution PNG or PDF files (300dpi minimum) are also accepted.
What surfaces do they stick to?
Custom vinyl stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, plastic, metal, and coated wood. For best results, apply to a dry, grease-free surface. Avoid applying to textured or porous surfaces where adhesion may be reduced.
How do I place a custom order?
Simply upload your artwork file directly on the order page when adding to cart. We'll review your file and start production.

We only ship within the UK.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 1:30pm are usually shipped the same day.
Ledges, Hides & Stickers sometimes take 1-2 days to dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Gecko food cannot be returned if opened.
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty or defective.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Customers are responable to arrange returns back to us.

Lost Packages
- Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
- Orders confirmed as lost in the postal system will be refunded after 20 working days.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs, including images of the item and the Royal Mail damage bag (if the parcel was split or opened). This allows us to submit a claim.
International Orders
We only ship within the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will incur a £2 fee to cover refund processing costs.
