Unlike traditional suction cup-mounted hides, this version features a fully magnetic mounting system with 3 powerful magnets that provide exceptional holding strength on glass enclosures. To protect your vivarium, 3 non-slip supports stabilise the unit, prevent movement and help distribute the weight evenly across the glass.

The integrated feeding ledge includes 4 × 0.5oz feeding bowls, providing plenty of space for complete diet, live insects, water or treats. The elevated design encourages natural climbing, feeding and resting behaviours while keeping food clean and easily accessible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Gecko food cannot be returned if opened.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty or defective.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Lost Packages

Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
Orders confirmed as lost in the postal system will be refunded after 20 working days.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs, including images of the item and the Royal Mail damage bag (if the parcel was split or opened). This allows us to submit a claim.
