At 16 x 8cm with an 8cm height, the Large Mushroom Ledge is the biggest and most visually striking piece in the Gecko Pantry mushroom range. Its tiered, multi-level shape gives geckos several distinct surfaces to perch on at different heights within the same piece — making it one of the most enriching single accessories you can add to an arboreal enclosure. It also acts as a natural focal point in naturalistic and bioactive setups, where its organic shape blends seamlessly with live plants and cork bark.
The Large (8cm tall, 16 x 8cm base) is the better choice for adult crested geckos, gargoyle geckos, and chahoua geckos that need a full-sized perch, and for larger enclosures (45cm width and above) where a medium piece would look undersized. The Medium Mushroom Ledge (5.5cm tall, 16 x 8cm base) is better suited to smaller enclosures or as a secondary platform alongside the Large. If in doubt, the Large is the more versatile long-term purchase for adult geckos.
Magnetic mounts provide a more reliable hold than suction cups in humid vivariums, where condensation can cause suction cups to slip over time. The magnets on this ledge are enclosed within the body to protect them from moisture, and the ledge can be repositioned anywhere on the glass panel in seconds without tools.
