Why choose a magnetic ledge over suction cups?

Magnetic ledges attach via two strong enclosed magnets that grip through the glass panel, providing a more reliable hold than suction cups — particularly in humid vivariums where condensation can cause suction cups to lose grip over time. The magnets are fully enclosed within the ledge body, protecting them from moisture inside the enclosure. Rubber stability supports on the rear prevent the ledge from shifting and protect the glass surface.

When is the Medium Ledge the right choice?

The Medium Ledge (15 x 6cm) is best suited to:

• Juvenile geckos — appropriately scaled for younger animals that don't yet need a full-sized platform
• Smaller species such as mourning geckos and day geckos
• Adding extra platforms in an enclosure already fitted with larger ledges, to create a more varied climbing route
• Tight spaces within densely planted or bioactive setups where a larger ledge wouldn't fit cleanly

Can I use it as a feeding station?
